3. Change the phone number to the target number with the country code exempting the + or any attached sign.
 
For illustration, when chatting with the number 09097837656 from Nigeria, all you need to do is navigate to – https://wa.me/2349097827656
 
4. Open the above link and press send.
 
5. A WhatsApp pop-up will appear asking if you want to send a message to the number. Click “Send Message.
