These Messages should be sent, i.e., Double >> Promo >> FREE differently
After sending these messages, you will receive three messages from MTN.
* First message: “Your request has been received.”
* Second message: “You have sent an invalid command.”
* Third message: “Dear Customer, enjoy Data offers on MTN Deal Zone, Dial*131*1#” After receiving the third message, you can now purchase your data plan by dialing *131*1# and enjoy your double bonus.
How To Check The Double Data Allocated On MTN
If you’re using *131*4# to check your MTN data balance, you won’t find the double bonus plan there.
Hence, you should send 2 to 131. Look closely, and you should find the additional data as a bonus. The bonus will expire on the same day as the regular subscription.
What that means is that if you subscribed to a 5GB monthly plan that’s set to expire on the 31st of January, the bonus will also expire on the 31st of January. So, no need to rush.
