- Click on Profile > About
- Click on the pencil-like icon to edit your about > Clear any text written there before now.

- Next, REMOVE the [ ⇨ ] from the text, leaving you with the other character.
- Finally, click on the SAVE button to implement.
If you’ve followed the steps above without deviating, you should have a blank ‘About Me’ section on your WhatsApp profile.
